All Praise To Allah..... posted byShameemul Islam SKS (Chennai)[28 March 2011] IP: 115.*.*.* India | Comment Reference Number: 3627
25years back our grandpas and grandmas took all the pain to reach the Mekkah to perform Haj.
They start all their way from our hometown and upto Bombay (then) via Chennai by train.
After that they set sail in the sea by ship for months before they reach the Ka'bah and come back the same way.
Then came the relax that our Moms and Dads travelled by flight sometime from Bombay and afterwards they started from Chennai by air.
Now things improved a lot and with all their family people greet the occasion of performing the Haj by their relatives by their presence upto Madurai which hardly a 4 hours journey.
It is the blessings of Allah that we live in a much improved time.
But we must see whether the same spirit present with our grand parents then exists even until now is seriously has to be debated.
We are patience less lots complaining each things from food, shelter upto whatever adjustment and tolerance we need to show to our co-haajis.
We complain a lot and remember little whatever we witnessed after reaching the hometown after performing Haj.
We must thank Allah for all His blessings and we must also show our full sincerity towards exposing our spirit before our Lord, Most Generous to attain salvation in this world and in the Hereafter.
It is what we are getting into our thought while we read this news. Alhmadhulillah.
