We have to find out the reason(s) given for this "Stay" order before we take any step. If the honourable Judge's order was based on CRZ then there is little we need to do. All we have to do is to prove to the court that the housing project is being built within the prohibited area. We do not know who filed this case (I presumed Our town Muncipal)and what are the arguments their lawyer put forward.
We (my friends and I) are trying to get the copy of the order from the court. Once we get, Insha-allah we may devise further action,if needed. As far as Aikkiya Peravai is concern, it can not file any case against any body as it is not an organization with registration.
