For nearly 2 decades, Kayalpatnam Medical Trust has been administering the KMT Hospital in Kayalpatnam. Since 1995, the KMT Hospital has provided aid to over 10,000 people - through the Zakath and Sadaka (Poor) Funds.

Under the Zakath fund, about 8153 persons have benefited to the tune of Rs.55,91,855. Under the Poor fund, about 2764 persons have benefited to the tune of Rs.15,43,191.

For over 13 years, Kayalpatnam Baithulmaal has been providing loans, zakath, educational assistance, job assistance, medical help etc. Over 2500 people have benefitted so far to the tune of nearly Rs.1.5 Crores in Kayalpatnam. This includes secured loan (against document etc for about Rs.50 lakhs) and Rs.25 lakh as Zakath.

Thulir School for Special Children is administered by the Thulir Trust. It has been providing special education to mentally retarded children in and around Kayalpatnam area since July 1999. It is fully recognised by the government and any contribution to it is exempted from Income Tax - under Section 80G.

Thulir seeks donations from the public to meet its monthly expenses (over Rs.25,000) as well as for the construction of a special care centre at the cost of Rs.90 lakhs. 1.5 acres of land has already been acquired for this purpose.
